Most all orders are handled within 24-48 hours. 

Shipping Rates 

United States 
Media Mail: $6.00 flat rate, unlimited amount.
FREE Media Mail Shipping for orders over $100.

If you REALLY want me to ship international, the rates are expensive, but not much I can do. 

Shipping Info 

Orders are pulled, packed and shipped via USPS MEDIA MAIL within 48 business hours, pending inventory availability. 

Pre-orders will ship as soon as they arrive in the shop.

All records are hand-packed with love 🖤 and will ship from Atlanta, GA. (Where The Players Play)

New releases are shipped with vinyl in paper sleeves, and outer sleeve / album cover separate to prevent seam splitting & ring wear. Those will be put together in clear protective dust sleeve cover and packed in the industry-leading VinylGuardian shippers, padded and safe. 

Used records shipped as is, but they get some love too, don't worry. 

We are happy to hang on to your pre-orders until your next order to save on shipping, just let us know.  

Typically, Media Mail orders will get to you in under a 7 business days. However, in trying times, the USPS has had some delays from time to time. Please understand, it kills us as much as it does you. But, there is little we can do, so please be patient.

Undeliverable Mail Policies

If your order is returned undeliverable, we will review circumstances to determine our course of action. However, please note, failure to provide proper address / formatting / or method of shipping may result in additional fees to resend packages. Refunds may be granted on undeliverable items that are returned undamaged, but we reserve the right to maintain the portion of the original charge for shipping. 

Return Policy

Returns of unplayed, untouched, undamaged items are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Buyer pays return shipping and restocking fee of 10%. 
 
How to Return
  • Email me at returns@undergroundvinylsource.com with the order & return  information
  • Re­package and send the records you would like to return.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your return has been issued.
