Media Mail: $5.00 flat rate, unlimited amount.
FREE Media Mail Shipping for orders over $100.

If you REALLY want me to ship international, the rates are expensive, but not much I can do. International customers are responsible for any additional taxes or customs duties at collection. NO REFUNDS will be issued for packages lost or stuck in customs. 

Shipping Info 

Orders are pulled, packed and shipped via USPS MEDIA MAIL within 48 business hours, pending inventory availability. 

Pre-orders will ship as soon as they arrive in the shop.

All records are hand-packed with love 🖤 and will ship from Atlanta, GA. (Where The Players Play)

New releases are shipped with vinyl in paper sleeves, and outer sleeve / album cover separate to prevent seam splitting & ring wear. Those will be put together in clear protective dust sleeve cover and packed in the industry-leading VinylGuardian and or Whiplash shippers, padded and safe. 

Used records shipped as is, but they get some love too, don't worry. 

We are happy to hang on to your pre-orders until your next order to save on shipping, just let us know.  

Where is my order? 

If you have ordered from us, whether through Discogs or the website, we are typically quick to respond and provide updates. The website generates auto-emails and texts for status.

If you have not seen anything within 24-48 hrs, please check spam filters or unknown text senders, and add us to your contacts.

Typically, Media Mail orders will get to you in under a 7-10 business days. However, in trying times, the USPS has had some delays from time to time. Please understand, it kills us as much as it does you. But, there is little we can do, so please be patient. 

NOTE: With unprecedented volumes and delays, USPS Media Mail is struggling to keep up. Packages can go days / weeks without scans or tracking updates. For that reason, no refunds will be issued until at least 30 days after shipping.

I am fighting for information and speedy delivery, as this affects my business and reputation. If your order does not get to you, I will take care of you, but we will need to wait a bit longer in these times before assuming all hope of delivery is lost. Thanks for your patience!

• Email me at returns@undergroundvinylsource.com with the order & return  information
• Re­package and send the records you would like to return.
• Please allow up to 5 business days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed.
• You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your return has been issued.
