Refund policy

If there is extensive damage to the box, please document prior to opening. For any physical defect or problem with the grading of the record, contact info@undergroundvinylsource.com with description of the problem, include photo or video documenting the issue. If there is a replacement available, we can swap it out. In some cases, we may need to order another from overseas, so it might take a little time to replace. Otherwise, you may be asked to return the defective product in exchange for a full or partial refund. 

Things that DO NOT warrant a refund: 

  • Lost or stolen packages - We have no control over what happens after third parties accept the package. If you are concerned with reliability of the USPS, do NOT choose Media Mail. There is no recourse for lost or damaged packages. Instead, choose a different method that offers insurance included (Priority Mail, Ground, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
  • After a package has been marked "Delivered" by a carrier, there is no recourse or grounds for refund. If you are concerned with package safety, choose "Require Signature" or include a note with your order and we can require signature.   
  • Returned packages due to undeliverable address. It's on the buyer to provide accurate shipping information. Sometimes we may reach out to confirm or be forced to hold packages or change info you entered in order to ship. 
  • "Vinyl Only" record becomes available digitally - Sorry, but we cannot control what artists, publishers, or distributors do with their rights and recordings. We list and categorize items based on the information available at the time of purchase / release. 

Return Policy

Returns of unplayed, untouched, undamaged items are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Buyer pays return shipping and restocking fee of 10%. 
No returns on Used records, but if you have a problem, contact me and we will work it out. 
 
How to Return
  • Email me at returns@undergroundvinylsource.com with the order & return  information
  • Re­package and send the records you would like to return.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your return has been issued.
